Well guys, here is your chance to get out of Havana and join Cuba's "1st
Gentlemen's Camper Safari! We will be touring in (4) new, fully equipped,
air-conditioned, overhead campers and visiting some of Cuba's most beautiful and
rural locations. You will see rain forests, rural mountain areas as well a
beautiful beaches while still imbibing in Cuba's famous "night life."
This safari is limited to (16) persons. (4) persons per camper. We will have
single accommodations at the Hotel Nacional in Havana and double rooms on the
road so we can still enjoy the hotel pools, bars and restaurants. And, remember,
picking up hitchhikers in Cuba is legal and welcomed so you will also have a
very interesting "day life" also.
Attire will be beach casual and you will have near unlimited opportunities for
scuba, fishing, snorkeling as well as carousing. Please bring your own fishing
gear if possible. We will depart Havana with a schedule (see below) but time
will be of no essence.

Hollingsworth. Most of the guys already signed on are your friends and Cuba
"veterans" but "first timers" with references are also

Depart Cancun, Mexico for Havana at 12:50 PM via Aerocaribe (Mexicana) Airlines.
Each person is responsible for Mexico airport departure tax! Upon arrival in
Havana we will have a private Transfer to the legendary, Five Star, Hotel
Nacional De Cuba. Check in followed by a welcome buffet, cocktail and cigar
reception. Let
the night life begin!
August
15 Breakfast.
Private tour of the Partagas Cigar factory followed by a cigar and cocktail
reception with Partagas President, Sr. Abel Diaz in the President's Salon. Lunch
on the "harbor side" verandah of the Restaurante La Davina Pastora.
Dinner at Havana’s "most popular," Restaurante El Aljibe. Evening
open.
August
16 Breakfast.
Pick up campers. Depart (3) hours for Vinales Valley (Pinar Del Rio Province).
Check into either the Hotel Los Jasmines or Hotel Ermita. Dinner at the hotel.
August
17 Breakfast.
Morning exploring the Vinales Valley area (Cuba's finest tobacco growing
region). Lunch in the valley at Restaurante Prehistorica. Afternoon departure (1
1/2 hours) for the small mountain town of San Diego Los Banos. Check into the
Hotel Mirador. Classic Cuban pig roast dinner pool side.
August
18 Breakfast.
Depart (4 hours) for Cienfuegos on the South coast via the historic "Bay of
Pigs" invasion site. Lunch en route. Afternoon beach activities and fishing
available along the way. Check into the classic, Hotel La Union. Dinner in a
private home Restaurante.
August
19 Breakfast.
Spend day fishing, scuba or snorkeling in the Cienfuegos and Trinidad area.
Night at the Hotel La Union. This is a very fun and hip, ocean front, community

20 Breakfast.
Depart (3) hours) for Cayo Las Brujas via Lake Hanabanilla and rain forest
route. World's best Bass fishing lake. Lunch a Hanabanilla's Rio Negro
Falls. Fishing sessions will be available. Check into the lodge at Cayo Las
Brujas. All meals at the lodge. Or, do you want to stay at the island's new Sol
Melia, all-inclusive resort? You guys decide.
August
21 Day
at Cayo Las Brujas for scuba, snorkeling, "world class" fishing, beach
activities or sitting by the pool or beach with a tropical drink "in
hand."
August
22
Depart (2 hours) for Santa Clara. Check into the "African style" lodge
at Hotel Granjita. Visit the Che Guevara memorial and museum. Dinner at the
hotel. Evening at the local disco!
August
23
Depart (4 hours) for Havana. Return campers. Check into Hotel Nacional De Cuba.
Dinner at the Chinese Embassy Restaurante Dos Dragones. Evening open.
August
24
Breakfast. Depart for Cancun, Mexico at either 8:00 AM or 3:50 P. End of
services.

will need a valid passport!
