Thank you very much for the services you provided to the Middle Tennessee State University group that went to Cuba. Your company exceeded our expectations with service and personal attention. You and your staff always had the safety and enjoyment of our group foremost in your minds. This was evidenced when dealing with all the last minute problems with the U.S. Treasury Department, as well as assisting one of our group members in returning early because of a death in the family. Furthermore, you went out of your way to find the lost luggage and compensate us for the US airfare from Nassau to Havana.

The trip was all you said it would be and much more. We enjoyed excellent food and music, quality accommodations, and extremely informative sessions concerning culture. government, and people of Cuba.
